We created the following guide to give you an overview of what it’s like to work with us and to share more information about the services, packages, and add-ons we offer. We prioritize communication, connection, and clear expectations throughout the process, so you’ll know exactly what to expect each step of the way, freeing you up to focus on the most important moments of your big day instead of the logistics.
THE PROCESS

A Cup of Coffee
STEP 1
After reading through this guide, the next step is to book a consultation with our Coordinator (over the phone or in person) to discuss your needs, get to know each other, and discuss which package and services are best for your wedding day.
Making Things Official
STEP 2
If we’re a good fit and you’d like to move forward, we’ll send you a proposal with a contract and invoice to make our partnership official. Once you complete your initial deposit, your date is secured in our calendar, and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you just booked the BEST wedding DJ’s in Las Vegas!
Getting Prepared
STEP 3
Within two weeks leading up to your wedding date, we will schedule a time to go over music selections, playlists, vibes, and the flow of your timeline. The purpose for this meeting is to give you a clear picture of what to expect from your DJ and to go over any special elements you have dreamed up.
Ceremony & Reception
STEP 4
The moment has come it's time to get you two married! Slow fades, perfectly timed announcements, and SEAMLESS transitions are VITAL to your guests feeling comfortable and excited for the events of the day. The best service we provide is hosting your guests through the wedding you have spent so much time to prepare. Your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be seamlessly executed the way you imagined. If there is a change in timeline or order of events. We are ready to adjust with a positive can-do attitude.

What to Expect on Wedding Day
The more thorough planning we do beforehand, the more you can go on ‘autopilot’ the day of your wedding and simply ENJOY IT! We’ve created a sample timeline below to help you visualize the flow of your day. We’ll chat about any unique needs/wishes you may have for your day and then we’ll go over your timeline together two weeks before your wedding to finalize loose ends.

7:30pm Special Dances
First dance, Father Daughter, or Mother Son dance. These dances are special memories that we cherish forever. Whether you the whole song or just the first 1:30secs. We edit songs to your desire.
8:00pm DANCE TIME
All the music YOU want paired with the music your guests will dance to makes for a night to remember.
10:00pm Send Off
After celebrating the both of you all night.
